Beautiful, bright, large room in a lovely flat

Hello :) Our lovely roommate is leaving us so his room will be available from early / mid April 2025 in our lovely 2-bed flat in Blenheim Place (Park Road).

We’re aged 33 & 37, both friendly, sociable, respectful and inclusive. We're looking for a flatmate who describes themselves similarly, as well as being LGBTQI+ friendly.

We’re both working professionals in the world of education – one being in the performing arts sector, the other more of a generalist and safeguarding practitioner (and works away from time to time).

Our contemporary flat is well-kept and decorated within a lovely, peaceful building. There are beautiful communal gardens (we have garden furniture you're welcome to use), private parking and there’s a lift. The flat’s on the second (top) floor of the building and has two bathrooms - so the flatmate would pretty much have their own bathroom as we use our en-suite.

It’s located opposite Watchett’s Park and a few mins walk to the amenities of Frimley Road (incl. Co-op, several pubs, take-aways, hairdressers etc). Camberley town centre / train station is about 15 mins walk / 2 min drive, and Frimley Park Hospital is about a 5 min drive.

The room is very big, it’s clean and bright with dual-aspect windows. It’s fully furnished - see photos.
