Spacious double room in Heatherside, Camberley.

Hi, I’m Joe, a live in landlord.
Within my job, I work shifts so will be out of the house for long periods of time when working, but home more when I have my time off. I also have a 4 year old golden retriever called Arlo, that is with me when I’m off.
I’m looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful person to rent my double room with access to the house and garden, and someone to socialise with if happy to. I would only ask that the need for space and privacy is respected when needed. Smoking is fine but only in the conservatory and garden. Bills and use of broadband etc are included in the price.
The room was freshly decorated with new furniture last year. I have someone in the room currently but they are moving out on 16th October so will have to be after that. The room will be inspected and cleaned before you move in.
The house is on a quiet path on the Heatherside estate, approximately a 10 minute drive from Camberley town centre. There is plenty of parking available. The local GP, dentist, Sainsbury’s and pub are a 5ish minute walk away.
