Town centre flat share with own bathroom

I have a double bedroom to rent out in my 2 bed apartment at town centre the Atrium. It will be with a single bed but you are welcome to bring your own bed. There is a wardrobe included, a small desk and chair. The photo is with current tenant's own furniture. After they move out beginning of Aug all furniture will be different and i will update the photos then.

Gated first floor with balcony, a lift, and peaceful communal garden. Open plan kitchen dining room with a leather sofa. You have your own bathroom.

It's part of the Atrium but quiet and peaceful inside. Station is just opposite the road and restaurants cinema at the door step.
