This is a rare chance to live in a fabulous detached 4 bedroom house, walking distance to Camberley town centre and train station, with no bills or maintenance to worry about. We are a married couple, both full time finance professionals with no kids, no pets, non smoking, no alcohol.

The double bedroom offered is very cosy and elegant, newly furnished with new carpets, with sole use of family bathroom with bath/shower. Room is overlooking our garden and mature trees. The accommodation offered Monday to Friday only. No TV in the room, but we have one in the living room.

Off road parking in front is available; and there is a garage in case bike storage is needed. Central Camberley location with walking distance to shops, train station and cinema and there is a very large forest across the road for walks.

Plentiful shared spaces in the house include living room, kitchen, dining room, orangery/breakfast room, and patio/garden. We like clean and tidy spaces, hence we have a regular professional cleaner, and also tidy up after ourselves.

We are looking for a professional person to share our home that appreciates quiet surroundings, nature and greenery with great access to transport and social activities; is very considerate and is a joyful person to share with. Non smoker, no alcohol / substances, ideally also is interested in wellness and a good quality life.
