We currently have a room available to rent in the Heatherside area of Camberley.

The room is a double, with a built in wardrobe, desk-space and access to a good sized family bathroom, that you’d share with one other. There is also a spare room which is currently being used as a shared office space but, could be used for quiet down time or working from home if and when needed.

You will have access to the spacious living room and shared kitchen with all necessary utensils, a washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer.

It is a 3 bed terraced property with a large garden in a quiet close, free on-street parking with access to a garage with storage space. It is also in walking distance to local shops and close to Camberley Town Centre and plenty of green space.

Myself and one other currently living there. We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join us, available immediately.

Monthly rent is paid on the 1st of each month, this is £850 which includes all bills as well as any cleaning products etc.
