Double ensuite plus private living room!

Hello :) We're moving overseas for a while from early September 2026. Our current flatmate loves living here so rather than turfing her out and renting the entire flat, we've decided to rent our room out so she can stay.

We're looking for someone to rent the room for a minimum of 3 months but will stay longer if all works out well. Couples are welcome but we'd need to have a chat about bills.

Our flatmate is 39, very friendly, considerate and respectful. She's Portuguese but is fluent in English. She works 4 days per week.

Our contemporary flat is well-kept and decorated within a lovely, peaceful building. There are beautiful communal gardens (we have garden furniture you're welcome to use), private parking and there’s a lift. The flat’s on the second (top) floor so no noisy neighbours above.

It’s located opposite Watchett’s Park and a few mins walk to the amenities of Frimley Road (incl. Co-op, several pubs, take-aways, hairdressers etc). Camberley town centre / train station is about 15 mins walk / 2 min drive, and Frimley Park Hospital is about a 5 min drive.
