Lovely large single room available in peaceful family home. It has a Bed, double Wardrobe with drawers, 1 chest of drawers and shelves Shared bathroom with shower and separate cloakroom. The room has it's own virgin media package.

This is my family home so I only want someone who is extremely clean and respectful.

I do not provide bedding for hygiene reasons. Please provide this yourself.

Excellent location between Camberley and Frimley Town Centre’s, within easy walking distance of Frimley Park Hospital and train stations.

All facilities to a very high standard of decor and hygiene. Access to kitchen for light cooking and eating arrangements. No access to private lounge. It is street parking in a quiet street.

Would suit a professional person who commutes at weekends. I prefer to rent from Monday to Friday at 560 which includes cleaning, but i do rent full time. Its £595 per month plus one month in advance and a £200 security deposit.
