Buddy up in Camberley

I am looking for social and considerate person to share a large two bedroom flat in Camberley. My current flatmate is moving out and I am hoping to start a new contract with the letting agent beginning in July. This would therefore be a co-tenancy agreement for a minimum of 12 months and subject to referencing checks with the agency. I had found someone to do this with, however, they have pulled out so need to find someone fast.

The flat is a first floor flat in a Victorian building so very spacious and light. There is a large shared living area with open plan kitchen area adjoined and a shared bathroom with separate bath and shower. The bedroom will be unfurnished apart from a wardrobe/drawers unit and is a very large double bedroom and the rest of the flat can be furnished by myself or between us. Bills aren't included but currently they come to about £150 a month each. There is off-road parking, a garage and a communal garden. The flat is situated about 10 minutes walk from Camberley station and the town centre.

I am a primary music teacher/tutor who likes to socialise and have a chat. I enjoy going out at the weekends and having friends over for nights in. I am tidy and considerate of others and fairly easygoing.
