I have a lovely furnished double room for rent Mon - Fri in a large detached property in a secluded quiet small cul de sac close to Frimley Hospital, M3 and M4. The room will be cleaned over the weekend and bedding changed. No TV provided.
Professional male or female, smoking not permitted in the house but can in the garden. I am a live in landlord who works full time. The tenant must be ok with pets as I have an adorable friendly dog.
The tenant will have access to a shared bathroom when my son stays over, lounge x 2, kitchen, dining room and garden.
References required and sorry no guest sleep overs.
