We are looking for a professional person that wants to live in a nice friendly family environment.

We have a large bedroom available immediately in our four bedroomed family home in a quiet residential area, about twenty minutes walk away from Camberley town centre. Includes shared use of kitchen with all the usual appliances, breakfast room, 2nd lounge with TV, games consoles, etc, family bathroom, large garden.

The bedroom is newly decorated with plenty of storage and includes office desk and chair as well as fast internet access.

If you'd like to join the three of us for evening meals we can come to an informal agreement.

All bills included, excluding landline telephone. £475 per calendar month.

The rent includes a weekly clean of the room.

Occasional overnight guests welcome by prior agreement.

£475 refundable deposit required. Room available immediately subject to references.
