Double room with own bathroom

Hi I'm Emily and I am looking for a housemate to share a fantastic house a 2 min walk into Camberley town centre where there is a great mix of shops and the atrium full of restaurants and a cinema. The house is also situated a 2 min walk to Camberley train station which has a direct line into London Waterloo.

I am looking for a professional housemate that is clean and tidy and easy to get along with. I'm a social person but also enjoy my down time. I have a cat called Mischu that is very friendly and is able to get along with other animals. The landlord does allow pets and the house has a dog/cat flap.

The house is a large Victorian property with 2 bedrooms both with there own bathrooms. The bedroom can be partly furnished or unfurnished. It has large open lounge/dining area. Fully fitted kitchen, two utility areas. The property also has a fantastic 100ft garden with a large summer house with a working bathroom inside.

The house has Internet, Virgin TV package and bills are £145-165 pcm
