The rooms kitchen and bathrooms are cleaned weekly, and includes a change of bed linen and towels.

The room is available immediately.

The top floor was completely modernised. It has a well-equipped kitchen-diner with space for shared meals. Separate shower toilet for the tenants.

There is one other room that is let.

A third bed-sitting room is available as a guest room by agreement from the landlord.

The house has a beautiful, large 1/3 acre maintained garden, and ample off-street parking.

All bills are included (gas, electricity, water, rates, taxes)

Free high speed cable internet from Virgin. A TV and cable can be provided at your cost.
