Hi, I have an established three bedroom detached house with a spare double room (for single occupancy), with a shared bathroom.

There is parking available outside the property. The room is light and airy with built in wardrobes and the house is situated on the popular Heatherside estate. Local shops, takeaways and is close to Camberley railway station and links to the M3 are nearby.

The kitchen is available for your use. I am looking for a Monday to Friday guest, who returns home at weekends.

I am a mature professional woman with a sense of humour.
