Flat to yourself weekdays, I’m there sat/Sun

I am nanny and I work outside of London. So during the week I am away I only come home at weekends and the odd bank holiday or when I have annual leave so during the week Monday to Friday you’ll get the whole flat to yourself it will be like you’ve got your own flat I will be back at weekends. Hence this is reflected in the price of the room as it is like you will be getting your own flat five days a week .Lovely fully furnished double room in a spacious 2 bedroom flat. 3rd floor flat, with lift with an open plan kitchen/living room and lovely balcony perfect to sit outside and enjoy a coffee during the day or a glass or wine in the evening.

There is offstreet parking directly outside of the property as well as a locked bike shed. So you can store your bike securely with easy access to it and it’s a wonderful community to live in. There is also a shop around the corner.

The bus stop is two minutes walk away and it serves the number 80 which takes you straight to Morden station while Hackbridge station is only a 10 minute walk away with a number of direct routes into London, servicing Clapham Junction, London Victoria, London Bridge and Thames link through Blackfriars to Luton.

The flat is newly built six years old and fully furnished. The double room is of a good size with plenty of storage options and a desk and a chair. Lovely bath and shower.
