Located between Hackbridge and Carshalton stations approx 12 mins walk with direct trains to Victoria, London Bridge, Farringdon . A direct bus to Morden station approx 10-15 mins just steps away.

A quiet 2 bedroom house with a small double room to rent on Monday to Friday on a short term basis, can be flexible if you only require 2, 3 or 4 nights per week. Or could be full time if only for a few months. (At a higher rate)

Newly refurbished house with living and dining area, kitchen and shower room all shared. I have a separate garden room space which can be used as another living room space.
Looking for a liked minded professional housemate on a temporary short term basis available early March
