The house is located in a quiet, leafy and picturesque area of Carshalton and comes with its own bathroom and the south facing garden, so that you can enjoy the sunshine outside.

It is furnished: king-sized bed, foam mattress, wardrobe, mirror, desk/table and chair - furniture can be added to/removed as needed.

Transport:
House is conveniently located between 2 train stations - Carshalton (12 minutes walk, Thameslink) and Carshalton Beeches (6 minutes walk). Fast connections to Guildford, Epsom, Sutton, Victoria, Wimbledon, London Bridge, Clapham Junction, West Croydon, etc.
The 24/7 bus (154) leaves very close to the house and connects to Morden station/Northern line (via Sutton) and West Croydon/East Croydon stations.

Parking: available on the main road.

2 Co-ops & Sainsbury's within 5-10 minutes walking distance, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, post offices, pharmacy, butchers, bakeries, various corner shops, various shops on Carshalton & Carshalton Beeches high street. Larger shops and shopping centres in next villages (Wallington & Sutton, incl. large supermarkets such as Lidl, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsbury's).
