The house will be shared with a live in family of 3, youngest is 14 and 2 cats. One person works at home 1 day per week. All bills included. Non-smoker. Professional person only. This is a loft room. Occupant will need to obtain their own lodger insurance on acceptance. Council Tax D. Must have right to rent status to be considered. No couples and or families.

I am a live in Landlord who is friendly, considerate, helpful, clean and respectful to others and expect to be treated in the same way. We are sociable but do like a routine.
