Located just off the high street, it's a minute walk to local shops and a minute walk to Westcroft Leisure Centre! Also surrounded by 3 parks of varying sizes.
5-8 minute walk to Carshalton station (Victoria and Thameslink lines) and about 12-15 minute walk to Wallington (London bridge line).
Recently installed new combi-boiler and wood burning stove.
One spare parking space in a private car park.
Lovely garden which is maintained regularly and it's only myself and one other tenant who's ever out there.
Must like dogs!
