2 double rooms, separate shared bathroom in home

We are a family of 3 - husband, wife and a 17 yr old son.

There are 2 double room with one room suitable for couples as it is a bigger double and good storage . * Pls note - Cost will be higher**. For couples, the cost will be £1250. There is a shared bathroom available for use by both rooms.

We live in a very decent neighborhood, which is quiet, safe and secure, about 10 mins walk to Beeches station which is only about 30 mins to London Bridge. We have a lovely garden, a very spacious kitchen diner and on street parking if needed. There is a bus stop, only 5 mins away which connects to Croydon, St Helier Hospital, Morden etc
