Peaceful whole apartment (live out landlord)

I am looking for a quiet and respectful tenant or couple to live in my flat while I am away for 4-6 months. You will have the large double bedroom and the rest of the flat to yourself, except the small 2nd bedroom (where I will store my things).

About the flat:

Bright and very peaceful 1st floor flat in a private gated close. Just 2 minutes from Carshalton station, direct trains to Victoria , Clapham Junction etc.

Large living/dining room in a lovely peaceful green area with communal gardens and lots of nice local walks. 8 minutes to Carshalton high street with has some nice shops and a decent sized Co-op and Sainsbury's Local.

Quiet and respectful guests welcome!

The space

The purpose built private close has a lovely peaceful atmosphere, very much like being in the country! The flat (1st floor) is bright and spacious as is the large bedroom with king bed. Communal gardens surround the property.

Guest access
All the usuals a well equipped flat would have including use of the kitchen and spacious living room with wifi, large TV, dining table and large sofa!

Carshalton
Little known gem of a commuter spot! Beautiful ponds and parks just minutes away, and just 2 mins from the train station with direct trains to Victoria, Farringdon, Kings Cross, Clapham etc. Viewing highly advised.

As above, I'll be away travelling and looking for a respectful tenant to look after and enjoy my lovely apartment.
