The bonus of this Flat is the other flat mate which is me is away during the week Monday to Friday every week for work. I’m only back at the property at weekends hence why I’d like the weekends to myself in the property so during the week you would have the whole Flat to yourself kind of like your own apartment you would vacate at weekends as this is Monday to Friday and I would have my weekends in the Flat.
