The flat has a good-sized kitchen and comfortable living room, and you're five minutes from Carshalton station (25 min to Victoria/London Bridge), with the Ponds, Grove Park and the High Street cafés and pubs on your doorstep.
Heads up: two friendly cats live here. If you're allergic or not a cat person, this isn't the one — but if you like coming home to cats you didn't have to pay for, welcome.
Looking for: a working professional, considerate, financially reliable. No couples. Deposit and references required. Minimum 6 months preferred.
