Double Room in Caterham on the Hill

Double bedroom in new, modern flat in Caterham available from February

Spacious shared living, kitchen diner area with modern compliance’s, which is a great space complete with bifolding doors, opening out onto our good sized and lovely private garden which is a sun trap in the summer. The garden is also tended to by private gardeners (no need to mow the lawn at the weekend!)

You will have your own mostly private bathroom as I have an en suite.
The room itself is a medium sized room with a very deep storage wardrobe. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.
All rooms have underfloor heating which is controlled separately in each room.

You will have your own private parking space outside the flat in our secure private car park.

We have great links into central London with plenty of accessible train stations around
Caterham Station is down the hill.
You can take the 466 bus direct to Purley then catch a train to London, arriving in 20minutes.
Upper Warlingham and Coulsdon South both less then a 10 minute drive which have trains direct to London Bridge and London Victoria, arriving in 20 minutes.

The M23 is not far from us so driving to Gatwick takes about 15 minutes, which is handy. You can also get to Gatwick via train from Coulsdon South.

Boring stuff: all bills are included, this includes the shared wi-fi. It is a £550 deposit and payment needs to be made on the first day of every month. The month rent will be £950- all bills included.

Little bit about me - I’m Michael, I’m 42, I work for the NHS, so I’m in “the office” most work days, my partner has their own place, so I’m often at theirs at weekends and the odd week day, so often you will have the run of the place!
