One fully furnished room to rent in a two bedroom apartment. The room comprises a double bed, wardrobe, bedside drawers, and chest of drawers. The rent includes all bills, such as water, broadband, electricity & gas and sky.
Ideally, I require a working professional

One other professional male, that's me, who is clean and tidy. The flat also houses an indoor cat.

Flat is in a quiet location of the quaint town, within 2 minutes walk of Caterham train station, 5 minutes of the M25 and excellent links to London (east Croydon, Clapham Junction, London Bridge and London Victoria).
There is plenty of local parking spots if needed.

The town is very friendly with all the local amenities you could wish for including 3 supermarkets small selection of retail stores, coffee shops and loads of places to eat out.

Rent payable on the last Friday of each month.
