The bathroom will not be used by the landlord during your stay. It's essentially your own bathroom whilst you are the only tenant.

The road is quiet, a cul-de-sac, seven minutes' walk from Caterham station, with direct links into London, and a five minute walk from the town centre.

There is a large back garden and room for three cars on the front drive.

The kitchen is shared with the landlord, as is the garden & front drive.

There is a calm, friendly resident dog of medium/small size.

Preferably looking for a single professional person. Prefer not working from home full time.
