I am renting out a large furnished room in Caterham sharing a family home of 3 while I am away travelling from 5th November- 7th February (longer term possible). Very laidback environment where you will have plenty of space and privacy. You will also have sole use of the studio Monday-Friday daytimes which is currently set up as a treatment room. Ideal if you work from home and need an office or have a creative profession you can practice.

There is an empty driveway for 2/3 cars for your use and a garage / loft space for storage. The room has direct access to a large garden / woodlands, smart tv and wi-fi. All bills are included and no deposit is required.
