Room in 4 bed house with housemate often away

Hey! I’m Heidi & have a dog, Poppy. We’ve got a campervan & soon we will be going on some long trips. From there we will be away for months at a time & return home to catch up with friends & family & will be back at home during our returns.

The house is in Caterham-on-the-hill (CR35PA), 15 minutes walk from Caterham station. It has 4 bedrooms, of which i’m looking to rent out 1 double to begin with & potentially another at a later date. (I would ensure existing housemate ‘okayed’ a new one!) There is a large bathroom & a WC downstairs. The house has recently been redecorated. Tidy & well kept garden. Ample parking on road. The price includes bills.

Whilst, I won’t spend too much time in the property, I’d like to find a housemate with similar values so I’m at ease on trips knowing that when i’m coming home, it’ll be to a house that has been cared for. Equally, it’s really important to me that you feel at home & not that you are just renting a room in someone elses house! I will require references & proof of income. No smokers please 🙃 Women only.

I am a super clean & tidy person & would want housemates to be too. Finding someone who is able to water the (small) garden & take care of my plants is a HUGE bonus as I’m worried about leaving them 😭🪴

About us; I am very active & play racket sports most days. I love a takeaway night with a good film. Poppy is the calmest dog you’ll ever meet, she doesn’t bark, she loves swimming more than life & would sell me for half a chicken nugget 😂
