The house is in perfect condition and offers fantastic comfort. It is completely furnished and equipped with everything that makes life easier - Gas Cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, tumble dryer etc.
Location - this property is based in the heart of Caterham on the Hill with just a very short walk to Happy Valley, the woodlands. The station with easy connections to East Croydon, London or Gatwick Airport and Brighton is just a few minutes away and there also is a bus stop right in front of the house. Free parking is available outside, for those who commute it might be good to know that the M25 is just 5-10 minutes away.
The rent includes all bills, it is to be paid monthly in advance and one months deposit applies.
