There are plenty of garden stairs so good to get fit. Town centre, park, rail station, shops, restaurants, supermarkets etc all literally 5mins so extremely handy. Local convenience stores open til 11pm. Pools & gyms in local DeStafford Centre & nearby Oxted. 24Hr gyms in Purley/Redhill. Fashionable Reigate, Crystal Palace, and Clapham are accessible by train/car.

Being town center, Parking is restricted in work hrs but free in the evenings after 6pm & Sundays. There is also free parking a few minutes around the corner.

It's 1hr door to door for central London workers & West End. Good train connections to E. Croydon, Clapham, Purley, Redhill, Reigate, Ldn Bridge & Victoria. Last trains home from LB & Vic are around midnight, & 1am from Blackfriars. Easy access to M25 & Gatwick.

If you fancy late night London, the night tube (fri, sat) runs to Victoria & St Pancras which run all night trains to nearby Purley & its busy cab rank.

Ideally suit female working professional (9-5ers in particular) who is quiet & considerate.

Visitors often comment it's the biggest & best place they have seen & has a lovely setting so ring early to avoid disappointment!
