The flat overlooks the village green and is a five minute walk from two bus routes (Caterham Valley or directly into Croydon). Sky, wifi and use of all kitchen appliances (including washing machine and tumble). Includes all bills apart from phone and food. I am out a lot and it's a quite road to live down.
