The flat is just minutes from Tesco and other shops and amenities in Caterham on the Hill. The 466 bus and others stop very nearby.

It's a 20min walk from the town centre and Caterham rail station for easy links to London Bridge, East Croydon and Victoria.

Caterham's also a great location for commuters heading to the M25 and ideal for those working from Gatwick.

The room is furnished with brand new furniture but there's also plenty of room for extra items.

You'll have use of shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and broadband.

The room also has the benefit of an allocated parking space in the private car park.

The flat is peaceful and offers some great views over the area. It offers the benefits of the countryside just minutes away (including Happy Valley Country Park), but also the convenience of great transport links for London and Surrey.
