Lovely double room, painted in white so it's nice and bright, within a family style 3 bed semi-detached house, recently refurbished. Large window giving you natural light and views onto the garden. It's furnished with a new double bed in grey and desk. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new.

Close to Caterham rail station (5min walk) and high street - excellent rail links into London (Victoria & London Bridge) and road links to the M25 (junction 6).

Also close to the small mall where you will find supermarkets such as Morrisons and Waitrose.

Along the high street we have Pizza Express and many other big chains and also smaller independent places to eat.

Caterham is very friendly and pretty with a lovely park, theatre and church.

I'm looking for someone respectful, clean, tidy and easy going to rent a double room.

We have a great Sky TV package (movies and sports) and broadband included.

We have a pretty garden where you can sit out and enjoy the sunshine.

No students please.
