Double bedroom available on a lovely new build development in Caterham on the hill called Oakgrove built by the Berkeley group, you can google to see development photos.

You will have use of your own bathroom as i have my own ensuite. The room has a double bed, side tables and chest of drawers. There is also a cupboard in the hallway which can be used as a wardrobe if needed. The room has a large tv and your own sky box to watch whatever you want as well as record.

There is a little green which backs on to Surrey national golf course and plenty of parking.
