The property is only suitable for those with their own transport since it’s not served by a bus route. There is ample secure [24hr CCTV] gated and illuminated private parking for your vehicle.
You have full use of the lodger's kitchen/sitting room where you can cook, eat, watch TV and relax in your own space. You will also have available a laundry room where you can wash, dry and iron. All kitchen and laundry equipment you are likely to ever need is provided for you, as is a garden area to relax.
We have one small female dog (very loving) that isn’t allowed upstairs so the property is probably best suited to those who are comfortable with dogs. We don’t have cats.
Short term stays will also be considered (we’ve often hosted training pilots)
All bills are included within the rental cost; there are no additional charges.
We employ a professional cleaner to clean the shared areas of the house. Guests need only clean up after themselves.
Unlimited satellite WiFi broadband is fully accessible throughout the house and garden.
