Double Room Beautiful Detached House Huge Garden

No couples. We have available a MASSIVE double room in our stunning large detached house in Cheam, south London. It is offered furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. It has a stunning view of our lovely garden from the windows.

Ideally located on the end of a quiet culdesac, this house has excellent transport links and is only a few minutes walk away from Cheam rail station and several bus stops, Cheam Village and Nonsuch Park.

The house is incredibly spacious and includes a large entry hall, unique periods features in a shared lounge, a massive kitchen, utility room, two large bathrooms, and an exercise room with gym equipment that everyone is welcome to use. There is space for a car on our large driveway. The house also features a gorgeous and spacious mature garden.

We are 4 friendly professionals who enjoy a good friendship and genuinely care about one another. We often have a laugh and sometimes cook food and watch films together. We want to invite someone to join this warm and welcoming environment. We are also clean and respectful to one another. We are not loud or noisy.

We are looking for a clean and friendly professional who is looking for somewhere for at least a year ideally if they are happy with us.

If you like animals, our home will be a bonus as we have some very cute pets, (like sugar gliders!) however, they live in a separate room, so you do not have to interact with them if you do not wish. Our house is kept immaculate at all times and the pets do not impact the house as they are mainly within enclosures

The price includes everything: rent, water, council tax, utilities, gardening, and the Internet. It's a big room in a big house.
