The independent kitchen comprises:

The independent en-suite bathroom comprises a WC, basin, shower and towel radiator.

The cost of fast fibre WiFi broadband, council tax, water rates, electricity and gas are all included.

The patio area and garden are not included.

A cleaning service will be provided and is included.

The whole property is shared with the live-in landlord and his family, who live on the other side of the property, which has a separate entrance.
