Renting 2 double bedrooms in Sutton & Cheam

Hi! I’m a 26-year-old, friendly and hardworking person, looking to rent out two double rooms in my house. This is the very first time I'm renting the house to new individuals. I'll be living in one of the other double rooms, so while you’ll have your own space, we can still enjoy a friendly and relaxed home environment.

I’m all about creating a positive atmosphere, I value a good attitude and enjoy a bit of social time, but I also like to maintain a well-kept space.

You’ll have access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, and garden. I like to keep the house organized and tidy, so it would be great to have roommates who share this approach.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to shops, public transport, etc.
