I have a. large modern house situated in a very desirable area in South Cheam and I would like to find a flatmate who wants to live in a property they feel is home. Even though I only want to rent out 1 bedroom and a unit, all with their own bathrooms, the house is much larger therefore there is a sense of space, relaxed living and ease of life.

I have attached photos which do not do it justice, so a brief description. The house has 3 spacious reception areas, a large kitchen/ dining area. All rooms in the house are large with lots of light.
