I am looking for a quiet and sensible person who doesn’t smoke. I am a busy professional and like to cook and relax at the weekend. I love cleared and simple environments and expect the person I share with to clean after herself and keep the communal areas tidy. I have just returned to London after a year away and there is not much in the flat but it has all the basics. The rent is £650 bills included however if you wish to have a tv and broadband this is something you should consider looking into yourself.
