The room is on the top floor, (see picture of house) with huge wardrobes and a dedicated luxury bathroom and kitchenette shared with one other female on the same floor. No long waits for bathrooms down the hall shared between many, and waiting for the washing machine to be free!

Super fast fibre optic broadband/wi-fi included, and rooms are ready wired for terrestrial TV. You can install your own TV and Freeview, or have a Sky box on our account (for small extra charge). There is a microwave, washing machine and fridge in the kitchenette just for the two rooms.

All bills included and cleaning included once a week.

Very convenient location between Cheam, Sutton, Epsom, Belmont and Banstead, with excellent transport, including a hail down bus service right outside, with very quick access to mainline station (Sutton), with direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction.

There is a great choice of local shopping, bars and restaurants to suit every taste and we are only 25 mins to Central London - West End or City. Beautiful parks nearby for wrapped up winter walks or hopefully(!) lazy summer days. You can share our bike shed and park in our driveway if you have a car.
