The house backs on to the famous Nonsuch park with its mansion and landscaped grounds. With the entrance to this being only 50 yards away this makes jogging/cycling a pleasure and also gives a wonderful place for picnics if you ever got tired of the garden.

The other 3 housemates are all professional ladies and they did not all know each other before moving in. They are a very welcoming group and will want to meet any potential housemate to ensure a good fit. This is always a good sign. They view the house very much as a home, not just a room in a house.

Rail commuting is easy from either Cheam (about a 20 minute walk or a doddle on a bike) or Ewell East which can be walked in 15 minutes.
