Single room in Cheam, Sutton area for professional

IT IS A SMALL, BUT NICE AND COSY ROOM, FOR SOMEONE WHO IS TRYING TO SAVE MONEY, BUT STILL WOULD LIKE TO LIVE IN A NICE PLACE.

We would love another lady to share the house with :)

You will share the house with 3 professionals and we also have Elphie! A lovely and well behaved kitten. She is so quite you will never see or hear her.

We are looking for someone to stay at least 7 months.

All the house mates are professionals (3 single females) it would be nice when you write, if you could please tell me a little bit more about yourself; how old are you, where are you from, how long have you been in the country, what do you do, what do you like or dislike, etc...

NON SMOKING(unless out side) and VERY TIDY person ONLY please. If you are a messy person, please do not apply.

All bills and WiFi included.

Fortnight professional cleaning service for the common areas, also included on the rent.

The house is located in a quiet and very residential area, with off street parking and easy street parking.

This room faces the sunrise; you will have sun the whole morning.

In the room, you will have; a single bed (with storage area underneath), a small fitted wardrobe to hang your clothes, a wardrobe with shelves, a small bed side table, a 14” TV and shelves around the room (not included in the picture).

Central heating serviced by British gas;
Instant hot water at all times;
Living room (with TV and Freeview);
Dining room;
Bath/shower room (power shower);
Downstairs cloakroom (toilet);
Kitchen with all facilities included (2 freezers and 2 fridges) plenty cupboard space for every one and...
THE GARDEN! You can have a BBQ or just read a book under our "promised" sunny summer.

One month deposit (£360) + one month in advance (£360) will be asked.

References (previous landlord and work), 3 bank statements (previous 3 month and an ID document (passport or driver’s licence) will be asked.

One month notice before leaving will apply.
