Single room in a friendly home that my wife and I currently share with two lodgers, one of whom is moving out following his imminent house purchase. Recently installed wooden shutters.
We have two extremely friendly dogs.
I work from home and my wife works as a special needs child carer and kinesiologist.
The area is quiet and attractive, and we have a large enclosed south-facing 200' garden and patio. Various swing benches and seating areas are always available to our guests.
Cheam village, Nonsuch Park and Cheam BR are all within a 5 minutes walk.
Victoria and London Bridge stations are within 30 minutes by rail.
We are looking for a clean, tidy and relatively sociable lodger.
Off-road parking.
Full use of all utilities inc. washing machine, dishwasher. wifi, etc.
All usual household bills, utilities, council tax (band G) etc included.
