Small Double To Rent In Friendly House

A small double room is available to rent from 1st February. My modern house consists of a modern kitchen, dining room, lounge, downstairs toilet, upstairs toilet, bathroom and the bedrooms all furnished to a high standard. There is ample on street parking. Large garden to the rear with a patio to relax and unwind.

The house itself is 10 minutes walk from the train station or very easy reach to the M25.

All bills are included in the rent

I am looking for an easy going professional housemate to share my home with and to have a bit of a laugh with myself and my current housemate. I’m 41 female, easy going, like to have fun on a motorbike, into art and photography and enjoy a nice glass of wine.

The bedroom features a small double bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe and a desk. The gentleman leaving has been here for 7 years so I like to think this is a relaxed house. We have a laugh together with burger nights, bbq's in summer or just a nice bevvy on a Friday night.
