Large room on own floor

I am ideally looking for mon- Friday, occasionally weekends will be ok ( with notice ) the price is £ 120 pw.
The price for 7 days is £600 pcm. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, chair, coffee table and side table, 42" tv and sky Q in your room and you have a recordable box , I do not have sky sports, Netflix is also included. Shared bathroom with bath/ power shower and cupboard space for you. Shared kitchen, everything needed is here , your own cupboard and fridge, room in freezer. 2 minute walk to sainsbury's and the high street, train station is max 10 min walk. I have a cleaner who does the shared areas .smoking is outside only.
I am a self employed single male .
I have a very friendly 8 year old labrador and a parrot. Any questions please ask .
