To keep things simple but fair, we offer a hybrid billing structure:

SHARED: Gas & Electricity costs are shared equally between the housemates. This ensures everyone pays only for what they use, keeping costs transparent and fair for all.

Deposit: Registered with the government-backed DPS.

Requirements: References and contract required.

House Rules: Strictly non-smoking/vaping. Single occupancy only.
