Large double room in Chertsey (female preferred)

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my large double room. House has 5 bedrooms but only 3/4 tenants so plenty of space.
Room comes furnished with double bed, clothes rack, desk, chair and large chest of drawers. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer.
House is located a 4 minute walk from bus stops and a 7 minute walk from the train station. Great bus service to St Peters and Ashford hospitals so great location for a hospital worker.
You'll be living with 2 girls; 30 and 50 years old. Including a live in landlord. Sharing the bathroom with one other.
