Single room available, also has a basic wardrobe and draws. BT infinity Broadband is provided, garden. Shared Bathroom. Ideal for someone to just use as a base or weekday only, but i have had full time professionals live comfortably in this room before.

Each tenant gets their own cupboard in the kitchen, a shelf on the fridge, shelf in the larder, and is responsible for their own mess and necessities (ie toilet roll)

There is a dog at the property a small one that does not shed hair and is a friendly family dog.
