Double-bedded room in spacious modern town house

I'm looking for a housemate for weekdays, so would suit someone who has a home elsewhere but works in the Chertsey area. Occasional weekends are OK.

The property is a modern three-storey town house in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area of Chertsey, and there is a driveway plus easy on-street parking. Just a hundred yards away is Chertsey Meads, a large area of Thames-side water meadows great for walks / jogging. Chertsey town centre is a ten minutes’ walk, and the motorway (J11) a five minute drive.

I live here, and it's a spacious, well furnished / decorated, and relaxing house.

The available room is light and airy with a double bed and a large fitted wardrobe, and looks out onto gardens. There's a bathroom next door (with bath and power shower, and refurbished last year) for your sole use.

The rest of the house comprises a lounge / dining room, a kitchen / breakfast room, a utility room, cloakroom, garage, and three other rooms (including my bedroom, which has its own en suite).

There's also an attractive town garden with patio furniture and a swinging hammock.

The house has fibre optic broadband, FreeSat, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble drier. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED.
