The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk/chair and free-view TV. Access to EE broadband also available. Would PREFER FEMALE due to the vulnerability of the live-in home owner. Shared downstairs bathroom although my daughter and son-in-law who have the room upstairs have their own en suite toilet and basin. We are easy going with regards to coming and going late or early. Use of washing machine and dryer. We have a dining room that has a kettle/toaster/microwave/air fryer/fridge-freezer for you to use, also has a sofa/tv as well as dining table. We are in a quiet road with safe street parking available and nice neighbours. St Peters Hospital within walking distance, junction 11 of M25 within 2 mins drive. Station approx. 15min walk. Very close to Shepperton and Longcross Studios.
